Error Codes

CodeDescriptionMessage
0SuccessSuccessful dimension of object
100No Object DetectedNo object detected on the platform
101System Not CalibratedCamera is required to be calibrated prior to dimensioning objects
102Thermal Tilt Compensation InvalidCamera thermal tilt compensation is invalid and needs to be recalculated. Thermal tilt compensation will be attempted automatically every minute until it is valid again. Ensure that the platform is clear of any objects or thermal tilt compensation process will be unable to complete. Note a manual request to run thermal tilt compensation is available on the Calibration page
103Device in UseDevice is currently completing an action and cannot process dimension request.
104Invalid Depth to Color MappingCamera internal color / depth mapping calculations are unexpectedly invalid. This error should not occur, if it does contact support.
105Thermal Tilt Minimum TemperatureCamera thermal tilt compensation has calculated an ambient temperature below its minimum operating value of 10°. This error should not occur, if it does contact support.
106Thermal Tilt Maximum TemperatureCamera thermal tilt compensation has calculated an ambient temperature above its maximum operating value of 50°. This error should not occur, if it does contact support. Note that if this error occurs it is possible that the enVision device is overheating, and this error may resolve itself over a period of inactivity.
107Calibration Height Enforcement FailedCamera has detected a notable variance in its height offset from the platform below it. This could be due to camera mounting moving unexpectedly, or if the platform height has changed. To resolve this error, ensure that camera height offset from the platform below does not vary more than 10mm from the height offset that calibration was completed at.
201Object too LargeObject measured has a dimension that exceeds the maximum size capability of the enVision device.
202Object too SmallObject measured has a dimension that is less than the minimum size capability of the enVision device.
203Object not CenteredEnsure object is centered on the platform below the camera. If the error persists despite object being centered correctly and if the object is nearly the size of the platform, it may be necessary to rotate the object to fit within camera view. Refer to the camera color image displayed on the monitor to determine which side of the object is outside of the camera’s dimensioning bounds.
204Multiple Objects DetectedMore than one object is being detected by the enVision camera. Refer to the camera color image to see graphical green or red outlines on the objects the camera has in view. If the detected object can be moved, simply move the object outside of the camera measuring area or entirely outside of its field of view.
205Object too TallObject measured height exceeds maximum dimension settings. It may be possible to rotate the object on its side to complete measurement.
300Object not CuboidalObject measured has some level of deformity that exceeds the maximum variance allowed by enVision.
301Object Dimensions UnverifiableObject measured has one of the following characteristics making measurement validation not possible: 1: The object is too close to another object that has a similar height, i.e. it is not possible for enVision to be certain where the measured object ends and the adjacent object starts. 2: The object is reflective and causing too much noise for the camera to be certain of its dimensions.
600No scale weight present for objectThe measurement is expecting a weight but no weight is returned. Ensure there is an object on the scale and the weigh scale is connected.
601Calibration Plane not DetectedCalibration attempt has failed due to a level plane surface below the camera not being identified. Ensure that the camera has a clear field of view of the platform below.
603Color Image Capture FailedCamera has failed to capture color image associated with measured object. This error should not occur, if it does contact support.
900No Sensor DetectedThe enVision Device is unable to detect the presence of a camera. If power-cycling does not resolve this error, please contact support.
901Frame Capture ErrorCamera has failed to depth image associated with measured object. Ensure USB connection to the camera has not been lost. If this error persists contact support.
1000No License KeyNo license has been applied to the enVision device.
1001Invalid License KeyLicense key provided is either invalid or no longer valid.
10000Unexpected ErrorSomething unexpected has occurred. If error persists, please contact support.
