Troubleshooting common issues with the enVision K150S device
Connectivity Issues
The device displays a connectivity error when starting up
The enVision K150S must be able to access the internet on startup. If it cannot reach enVision Cloud servers, it will display an error message. Things to verify:
- The network cable is connected to the internet
- By default, the K150S device will attempt to get an IP address via DHCP. If your environment is not configured with DHCP, or has specific requirements to enable devices on the network, additional configuration may be required.
- If your environment utilizes domain whitelisting, ensure the domain
*.phdsolutions.ca
is whitelisted.
The device cannot get an IP Address
Check one or more of the following.
- Ensure the device is on a DHCP-enabled network.
- Manually configure an IP address by navigating to the "Advanced Options" screen.
- If your network utilizes MAC Address filtering, enable this device by its MAC address, which is listed on the "Advanced Options" screen.
Registration Issues
Company Registration Code not accepted
- Please double-check the accuracy of the 4-digit Company Registration Code.

Device is unable to complete registration
